Current Project Status • Costs are appearing slightly higher than November Budget projection • - Key Drivers: • Increased functions (see below) - enable strategic architecture framework • Increased requirements requiring incremental configuration hours • - Met with Treasurer at June Board meeting to understand • approval process required once we have confirmed costs – will • have conference call with him once budget is refined
