  7. SSS做 什么? • Seniors Services Society • 住房服务: • 由我们的住房顾问为需要的老人针对性地搜索低陆平原老人住房的信息. • 政府资助住房 • 租金补助 (SAFER) • 应急住房 • 独立居住房源 • 部分支持服务房源 • 全支持服务房源 • 有住宅医疗护理服务的房源

  8. Seniors Services Society 住房服务: SSS做 什么? • 无家可归的老人先由我们的住房顾问评估后，由我们的两位外展服务工人提供一对一外展安置服务。

  9. Seniors Services Society 住房服务: 老人临时住房项目 (THP) 为无家可归的或是处于危险之中的可以独立居住的老人提供单独的、有家具的公寓。最多三个月。租金按收入的比例收取。有一个协调员提供跟踪服务。客人必须先经住房顾问评估后，符合条件的由住房顾问THP提名。 SSS做 什么?
