FIPT approval and FA concurrence Supports USD (AT&L) bi-annual workforce 80 hours continuous learning requirement Typically 2-3 hours duration Source: must have sound reference basis for development (e.g., guidebook, handbook, instruction, tutorial, whitepaper) Should be widely demanded by the AT&L workforce and/or linked to a required workforce competency Not a niche subject or peculiar to a Service/Agency interest Can be a robust topic, which can be developed in a modular fashion for frequent update Requestor/sponsor should be willing to contribute or provide subject matter expert (SME) support We will be seeking SME support from the FIPT members/Services for all proposed CL Modules New this year: Support FIPT & Refine FIPT IPT #3 pre-work Ground Rules for Continuous Learning Module Development
