  2. CSU System Targets • Baseline 6-Year Graduation Rate: 46% • Target 6-Year Graduation Rate: 54% • Baseline Achievement Gap: 11% • Target Achievement Gap: 5.5% • By 2015, the CSU will improve graduation rates by 8 percentage points systemwide and halve the achievement gap.

  5. Transfer Student Success Graduation Rate = 73% Achievement Gap = 3% • Slow, but steady, improvement in transfer graduation rates over the past five years. • CO team plans to work with campuses to identify, share, and scale exemplary practices.
