  6. Focus If we were 'reopening' our schools as 'new schools' next year, how would we promote ourselves to our community? How would we frame the ways we intended going about our increasingly important e-business and e-learning activities hand in hand with our organisation, with progressive planning, school and learning management and teaching practices that shaped us as highly capable and forward thinking? How might we redesign our learning spaces if given the opportunity? What are the real strengths of our schools now that will carry us forward? What do we do well? What might be missing or challenging going forward?

  7. Workshop Overview 2: Acknowledging: (10 mins) Our Positives - 10/20 things our school does well in ICT/Education. (Listing, Individual sharing – on One Note/paper/mindmap/Creately.com etc) 3: Reaffirming: (10 mins) Our Best - Now what are our top 3? (sharing) What should be our top 3? 4: Analysing: (10 mins)Our Missing - What appears to be missing in our 20/3 if anything from what we’ve seen of others? Add 5: Exploring: (20 mins) Our Shaping - From resources provided: (TAF, OneNote, SC, LP, PP etc) make notes and frame your own from the example statements and elaborations. 6: Adventuring: (10 mins) Our Mission - What are our plans moving forward in our schools? What best ideas have we learned? Sharing
