Real estate is a market where things are frequently purchased using borrowed funds. Real estate investments conducted with a mortgage or hard money can be organized safely and inexpensively, allowing significant purchases to be completed with a small initial expenditure. As a result, you’ve bought a complex object that grows in value year after year, and you’ve paid for it mostly with other people’s money.
