Common Travel Claim Errors • Per diem paid prior to “report not earlier than” date • Per diem paid in a leave status • Elapsed time on MMPA does not equal elapsed time on travel claim • Credited DLA at the incorrect paygrade • Credited DLA at the incorrect CY rate • Credited commercial meal rate (CMR) without proper endorsement
