Identify areas for appropriate Energy Performance Indicators for the Power Station ? • what areas identified in your baseline do you feel are critical for performance indicators • what will be your reporting methodology • who should review the EnPI’s and how often • will you set a range (+ or –)for EnPI’s or will they be a fixed point • how will you keep your workforce involved in the process ? ?
