  2. Industrial Relations: Industrial Relations can be described as a branch of making analysis regarding the relationship in any workplace. Industrial Relations are also known as Employment relationships because they may help in determining the industrial relationships and to resolve the disputes of the organizations. The industrial relationship study is a wider term and may include different aspects which are concerned and connected with the employees and employers of the business organization.
