  2. MASTER SOP – ABOUT US Master SOP Ltd is a company producing cold bent profiles. Found in 2005, it also is one of the constituent companies of Master Steel Profiles JSCo. The production area is located in the town of Stamboliyski, 20 km far from Plovdiv, south-west direction. It covers more than 21 000 м2 and it is equipped with automated production lines for profiles with total production capacity of over 3 000 000 m per month. The production list includes six basic groups: • Profiles and accessories for dry construction • Strengthening profiles for PVC windows and doors • Vineyard and orchard systems • С, U and ∑ profiles • Photovoltaic systems • Roller paths for mining industry In addition, an equipment production unit is available for the needs of the company and its customers.

PROFILES AND ACCESSORIES FOR DRY CONSTRUCTIONS The list of the cold bent and galvanized profiles and accessories for dry construction has a wide application in different areas – exterior and interior coatings, partition walls, hung ceilings; the products mainly serve for the assembly of plaster, cardboard and other types of panels.

STRAIGHTENING PROFILES FOR PVC SYSTEMS The long list of strengthening galvanized profiles for PVC system at offer and the short deadlines for the introduction of new modifications results in the prompt and good quality servicing the company clients. Master SOP Ltd produces cold bent profiles for the following PVC systems: ALUPLAST, ARTEK, BLICK, KMG, PROFILINK, GEALAN, BURGMAN, DECEUNINCK, DIMEX, KBE, REHAU, ROLPLASTO, SALAMANDER, SHUCO, TROCAL, VEKA, WEISS PROFIL, VIVA PLAST, THUSSEN.

VINEYARD AND ORCHARD SYSTEMS Vineyard systems • The advantages of our vineyard and orchard systems are: fast construction, easy maintenance, mechanized processing and durability. • Accessories for vineyard systems: • Supporting poles:measures of the profile - 50х25 mmlength - 1.20m to 2.70mmaterial – hot dip galvanized HR or CR steel • End row poles:two carrying poles, joined with three bolts 6х60 • Anchors for stony and sandy soil:height from 50cm to 75cm • Planting stakes:hot galvanized strips, length - from 80 cm to 150 cm • Wire tighteners:inox – for wire up to Ф3 mm • Galvanized wire:Ф2 to Ф4 • Others: wire clips and dividers

Width from от 40 tо 100 mm. Nib from 10 tо 40 mm. Width from 2 tо 5 mm. 3. Σ-Profiles       Height from 100 tо 220 mm. Width from от 40 tо 100 mm.  Nib from10 tо 40 mm. Width from 2 tо 4 mm. Bottom fin 27 mm.

  8. PHOTOVOLTAIC CONSTRUCTIONS Master SOP Ltd is specialized in design, manufacture and installation of steel structures for photovoltaic plants. In 2012 subcontractor to: • AtaroClima - Plovdiv • PlamaInvestment - Pleven • Pi Vi Consult - Sofia • Technomash – Nova Zagora • Green Power BG - Sofia Currently the company negotiates with clients in Romania and Greece for production of about 200 tons photovoltaic structures in 2013, part of which will be installed in cooperation with Master Story Group.

MASTER SOP - PRODUCTION OF ROLLER PATHS FOR MINING INDUSTRY Since 2008, for "Master SOP" Ltd. started production of rolls, roller stations and drums for rubber conveyor lines designed for transport of various materials - mostly inert.Major users of these products are Mines Maritsa East and TPP Maritsa East 2 .The main modifications to the rollers used are:     - External diameter Ф108, different lengths, with or without rubber rings     - External diameter Ф133, different lengths, with or without rubber rings     - External diameter Ф159, different lengths with or without rubber ringsIn addition the company is able to produce other modifications - for sand and stone pits with diameters Ф 60 u 90 etc.Master SOP is a major subcontractor of Pan European implementing auctions in Mines Maritsa East and TPP Maritsa East 2 . Currently the company is working on three contracts totaling 1500000 BGN.
