  1. HAP Wellness Program Overview The Ideal Group, Inc.

  2. Logging in - PC • For existing HAP users, log into your HAP account. On your homepage, select the “My Health & Wellness” tab. Click on the “iStrive for Better Health” link to access the iStrive webpage. • For employees that aren’t enrolled in the HAP insurance, reach out to Amanda Kowalski (Payroll@weareideal.com) to get set up with a login. • You will receive an email confirmation from HAP to set up your HAP iStrive user account • Use https://www.webmdhealth.com/HAP/to access iStrive after you have your login credentials

  3. Home>Rewards Tab • Turn in your physical forms & complete your health assessment for an insurance premium reduction at open enrollment • The completed form gets faxed to HAP directly at 313-664-5010.

  4. Introducing FitCoins!Earn 1,000 FitCoins to receive a $100 gift card

  5. Ways to earn: • Healthy Eating • Mental Health

  6. Ways to earn: • Physical Activity • Activity turns gray once completed and FitCoins awarded.

  7. Ways to earn: • Preventative screenings

  8. Healthy Living tab>My Health AssistantMy Health Assistant can help you meet personal goals that you set and provide information in areas you wish to improve.

  9. Once in the My Health Assistant, you’re able to set and manage goals.

  10. Manage and track progress toward your goals: • Toward the right: Tips from Coaches. iStrive provides quick suggestions and tips of how to make progress toward your goal. • There’s also a link to explore more information: “Read Related Tips and Articles”

  11. Click the link for “Read Related Tips and Articles,” to find articles for more information on your goal.

  12. Download the mobile app and select “sign in using Company’s SSO” Use connection code “istrive” and log in with your HAP credentials Username

  13. Mobile Overview From the home screen, you can take your health assessment, review your results, set goals, and view challenges.

  14. Taking the health assessment on the app is easy! Just select “Assessment” from the home screen. From here, you can set and track goals and get more information just like on the PC version

  15. Set and manage goals in the expanded menu Track, manage, and get tips from coaches

  16. Earn FitCoins for Preventative Screenings Manage participation in current challenges from the bottom menu
