  6. Risk for Colon Cancer • Hereditary high risk • Colorectal cancer at ages <50 or clustering of colorectal cancer or HNPCC related cancers in the family, or personal or family history of polyposis • Polyposis syndromes • HNPCC

Conclusion • Risks include: • Average – age, no previous history of adenoma or IBD, negative family history • Hereditary Risk – personal or family history of HNCPP or polyposis • Increased – • Personal history of adenoma, CRCa, EOCa, IBD • Positive family history • Screening: • GET A COLONOSCOPY!!!
