Proposals • Existing Established Businesses – Increase Intensity of Use (Transportation Fees) • Change of use without additional fees • Simplification of Fee Structure (Transportation Fees) • Developer/owner pays impact fees • Tenant/business owner does not pay impact fees • Combine and average fees • Deferral and Early Payment Incentive (Transportation, Recreation & Parks, & Fire Fees) • Prior to Certificate of Occupancy • Waive 3% administrative fee for payment at permit issuance

  5. Existing Established Businesses (Transportation Fee) Transportation impact fee for changes of use will be waived for buildings permitted prior to City incorporation in 1999.
