Web Access: e-surveys • First PICS Web Based Module • Access it any time, any place with just a modern browser (e.g. Internet Explorer 6) • Respond to surveys online • Using standard web-style forms • For learners, not PICS users • Secure - Per learner user accounts • PICS to Web Synchronisation

Web Access: e-surveys • Simple process: • Use survey builder to create surveys • Upload surveys to website • Auto-generate a unique learner access number and SMS it to the learner • Learner logs in to website • Learner completes surveys online • Synch online answers with PICS • Report on survey responses from PICS

  7. Proposed Future Extensions • More learner data online • Reviews diary • Progression details for quals and units • Messaging system to and from learners via online access • Survey template system similar to generate learner documents to print out blank surveys from PICS
