Site Scenarios We have looked at the following alternatives: • Scenario 1 - BA/BU makes a choice to make use of local solutions at each site to implement their BITE2 service (no own client) • Scenario 2 - BA/BU makes a choice to establish their own design and implement on ALL sites • Scenario 3 - BA/BU makes a mix. Design their own solution and implement on mayor sites, but use local implementations on small sites. • Scenario 4 - BA/BU makes a choice to establish their own design and implement on ALL sites including usage of some of the other companies applications/data

Site Scenarios We are doing tests but it seems that: • Scenario 2 - BA/BU makes a choice to establish their own design and implement on ALL sites • Scenario 4 - BA/BU makes a choice to establish their own design and implement on ALL sites including usage of some of the other companies applications/data are the only alternatives. More information will be given during the BRM-seminar.

Next step? • Demand Support will together with Demand Support Ref. grp make a proposal how to co-ordinate preparation /implementation activities on “small and multiple BA/BU sites” • The Demand Support Ref. Group make a proposal on which BA/BU that will be responsible for which BA/BU location • The proposals will be presented to the BRM’s • The proposals will be presented to the CID-C steering Committee
