Explain why these challenges are relevant

Explain why these challenges are relevant

Activity – swimming

1st personal challenge -To react quickly to the starting hooter

Why ? It is important that I get as quick a start as possible as this may knock a bit off my overall time.

2nd personal challenge -To concentrate and focus on my tumble turns

Why? If I can concentrate and get my distance from the wall correct, then I can turn more efficiently and shave a bit off my time. Also I need to make sure that I do not let others who are slightly in front of me put me off my turn.
