Partner interests (from session with David Henley, June 2011) • Hermione – make money, learning, making a contribution, increasing the greater good • Alexis – green issues to reduce carbon footprint, energy, environment, future focus, make money • Dianne – travel, speculative, edgy, fun, have a solid base of blue chips (20%) and speculative (80%), pick 4-5 stocks and sell in 6 months if not performance, retain performing stocks • Julie-ann – food, feeding the world, Australian primary produce, fun, edgy, finds stocks like BHP boring • Peta – open to any stock, happy to be more speculative, have more edge in portfolio mix, interested in overseas stocks • Andrea – wants to set goals for motivation, graphs are good for this, need broader goal for the group, do we want $100k in 12 months, track goals, good for economy, diverse interests eg IT energy • Elizabeth -

  10. Portfolio roles Process for managing shares: Existing shares: report own by exception. Detail any risks, opportunities and changes . If “hold” recommended, no report required. Record actions on running sheet (EJ to draft pro-forma) Future shares: Any partner may forward a proposal to buy a new share by forwarding completed business case in writing to PT for sector comments and chair 1 week prior to meeting. (PT to draft proforma)
