  5.  Your task • Study the following picture for 2 minutes. Make a mental note of all the details. You will then see how Edward VI changed the appearance of Tudor churches. How many changes can you spot? Make a list

  6. How did Edward die? • Born 12 October 1537 - sickly child • Bedroom walls washed 3x a day to avoid diseases • Caught Tuberculosis • Symptoms: loss of hair, nails, loosening of joints • Died 6 July 1553 – aged 15! • Mary Tudor inherited throne

  7.  Your task Role play. Work in groups of 4 or 5. Imagine you have been asked to transform a traditional church into one that a Protestant would have approved of. Give your church a Tudor makeover. Try to use as much of the technical vocabulary you have learned in your role play.
