1 John 5:16-17 - If anyone sees his brother committing a sin not leading to death, he shall ask & God will for him give life to those who commit sin not leading to death. There is a sin leading to death; I do not say that he should make request for this. 17 All unrighteousness is sin, & there is a sin not leading to death.
Deut 1:43 - So I spoke to you (Numbers 14), but you would not listen. Instead you rebelled against the command of the Lord, & acted presumptuously [insolent; casual disrespect, unrestrained] & went up into the hill country.
Deut 17:12-13 - The man who acts presumptuously by not listening to the priest who stands there to serve the Lord your God, nor to the judge, that man shall die; thus you shall purge the evil from Israel. 13 Then all the people will hear & be afraid, & will not act presumptuously again.
Num 15:30-31- But the person who does anything defiantly [deceive, mislead, betray] whether he is native or an alien, that one is blaspheming the Lord; & that person shall be cut off from among his people. 31 ‘Because he has despised the word of the Lord & has broken His commandment, that person shall be completely cut off; his guilt will be on him.’“
Heb 10:26-28-For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a terrifying expectation of judgment & THE FURY OF A FIRE WHICH WILL CONSUME THE ADVERSARIES.
2 Peter 2:20- For if, after they have escaped the defilements of the world by the knowledge of the Lord & Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them & are overcome, the last state has become worse for them than the first.
Jer 15:1-2 - Then the Lord said to me, “Even though Moses & Samuel were to stand before Me, My heart would not be with this people; send them away from My presence & let them go! 2 And it shall be that when they say to you, ‘Where should we go?’ then you are to tell them, ‘Thus says the Lord: “Those destined for death, to death; & those destined for the sword, to the sword; & those destined for famine, to famine; & those destined for captivity, to captivity.”‘
