Aim of the project • To obtain a deeper knowledge of how surface modified silica nanoparticles behave in colloidal and surface chemical contexts • To evaluate the stability of the functionalization of silica and the dynamics of the particle surface • To identify suitable characterization methods that can be used for the study of surface modified silica particles • To evaluate application areas within the field of stabilization of disperse systems
