  1. 72 y, erkek hasta • ESWL sonrası gelişen sırt ağrısı ve yüksek ateş şikayeti ile acil servise başvurur

  2. BT Anjiografi

  3. İnfrarenalmikotik AAA EVAR • Psoasabsesi US eşliğinde aspirasyon • Aspiratve kan kültürü (-) Ampirik İV antibiyoterapi • 1 ay sonra kontrol BT Anjiografi: AAA tromboze PsoasAbsesi (+)

  4. 3 ay sonra benzer şikayetlerle tekrar acil servise başvuran hastanın BT Anjiografi incelemesi

  5. Bifurke stent greft ile 2. kez endovasküler tedavi

  6. Endovaskülertedaviden 1 ay sonra sol bacakta kladikasyo gelişen hastanın BT Anjiografiincelemesi stentgreft sol bacağında kompresyona bağlı tromboz • Femoro-femoralby-passgreft ile cerrahi tedavi

  7. 10. Ay kontrol BT Anjiografi

  8. 14. Ayda akut batın bulguları Nötral oral kontrast madde (+) İV kontrast madde (+) Pozitif oral kontrast madde (+)
