  4. eg:It was not very wise of you to sell the property handsome(of men) good-looking (of women)having fine figure and a strong dignified appe -arance argue 1.argue with sb about/over sth和某人就某 事争论

  5. eg:We argue the waiter about the price of the meal 2.argue for/against sth argue for the right to strike 3.argue that…… 4.argue sb into doing sth说服某人做某事 eg:I argue that we needed a large office

  6. Language Points 1.I don’t enjoy singing nor do I like computer. • enjoy+doing喜欢做某事 I enjoy swimming. • nor 当前面的句子是否定句,后面的句子用nor来引导,并且要用倒装语序,表示某人、某事与刚才提到过的相同,这时也可以用neither.

  9. 5.Surf the Internet 上网 6.Rock music is OK,and so is skiing. 与neither,nor一样,so引导的句子(在肯定句后)表示某人、某事的情况与前面一样要用倒装语序,如有助动词和情态动词,将其放在主语之前 eg:I’ve lost the address. So have I. 如没有情态动词,so后用do/does I like rock music. So do I.
