急性化学物中毒与应急救援. 湖南省劳动卫生职业病防治所 职业病科 肖雄斌. 一、急性化学物中毒的基本概念. (一) 化学毒物──外源性化学物    指较小剂量化学物,在一定条件下作用于机体后,能与机体组织产生生物化学和生物物理变化,引起机体功能性或器质性损害者。 任何一种毒物或化学物,在一定条件下对机体可能有毒,在另一些条件下可能无害甚至有益。 化学毒物对机体的有害作用 及严重程度与吸收入体的量密切相关。. (二)急性化学物中毒 毒效应──指毒物作用于机体后引起某种生物效应的强度,或毒物引起的疾病。
