Difficulties Faced in implementing PRP as per Guidelines. • Difficult to Limit Executives to 15% for Excellent rating as the Organisation • Performed well and was rated excellent for previous Financial Years. • With the Organisation and the individual Performance Centers doing well, • none could be rated below par. • SJVN is Operating in fixed Tarriff regime. • Despite Operating the Power Plant at Peak efficiency levels likelihood of IP is Nil • unless and until Capacity additions are made regularly.
