    • To create a micro flow cytometer that will analyze marine algae in UUVs

    • Design and construct an electrical system

      • Run multiple electronic components

      • Collect and save data

  • First Task: Create a program for data acquisition

  • Tools:

    • LabVIEW 2011

    • NI USB-6351 DAQ Device

    • Excel 2010 (For Graphing)

  • All MPPC and PMT circuits working

  • Can only collect data from two sources

  • Add light filters to the system

    • Restrict wavelengths entering PMTs and MPPCs

  • Collect data from all four positions

  • Use living organisms instead of beads
