  9. Mobile Applications Information can be stored on “cloud” and be synced to multiple devices such as smart phones, tablets, home/office computer. Agents/Staff can easily share/update information with each other. Examples – Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Documents, Notes, Maps. This has allowed agents to easily access information on the go.
