  • Anaerobic Capacity - Anaerobic capacity is the total amount of energy obtainable from the anaerobic energy systems. Inlcude’s contributions from ATP-PC and Lactic Acid

  • Aerobic Capacity - Aerobic capacity is the total amount of energy obtainable from the anaerobic energy systems. This takes place before the accumulation of performance inhibiting by-products.
