IEP • Statement of student’s present levels of education performance • Statement of annual goals, including short term instructional objectives • Statement of specific special education and related services to be provided to the student • Statement of needed transition services • Projected dates for initiation of services and duration • Appropriate objective criteria and evaluation procedures and schedules of determining annually if objectives are being met.
