  3. Regula 1: Clientul are întotdeauna dreptate. Regula 2: În cazul în care clientul greșește, recitește Regula 1. Ce vor clienţii? Transparent Ieftin Simplu RCA

  4. Care sunt soluţiile pe care le va oferi piața în continuare? Calitate? Volum?

  5. Avem nevoie de TRANSPARENȚĂ Pentru o piață așa cum ne-o dorim, avem nevoie de comunicare și fairplay. Doar în aceste condiții vom putea găsi soluții de tip win-win-win. (asigurător – broker – client)

  6. Avem nevoie de ATITUDINI PROACTIVE Inițierea unor măsuri comune, la nivelul pieței, al căror beneficiar final să fieconsumatorul de produse de asigurare.

  7. Avem nevoie de INOVARE O nouă perspectivă asupra pieței de asigurări, prin generarea, colectarea, schimbul și consolidarea ideilor, care pot aduce oportunități de dezvoltare pentru piață și beneficii atât pentru asigurători și brokeri, cât și pentru asigurați.
