  5. Knowledge Browser - Bookmarking • Bookmarking helps you to locate the article again easily • Bookmarked articles can be located again from the Knowledge Browser home page

  6. Knowledge Browser – Searching • Search to locate a problem • Be specific – look at the error message, don’t type the whole thing, for example:

Knowledge Browser – Other Options • You can e-mail the issue to the client directly, or to yourself • You can print the issue • You can check for related issues at the bottom of the overview page • You can leave a comment to assist the Reckon team to update articles as needed You comments are important, we will be monitoring these to help us improve the Knowledge Browser article or create a new one 
