National School Lunch Week • In celebration of this week, our cafeteria is raffling off a NEW BIKE!!!! • Check out all the posters hanging in the cafeteria during lunch about good nutrition. • When you eat breakfast in the morning fill out a slip of paper for the drawing. • Winner will be pulled on Friday morning.

  5. Student Council Meeting • Thursday, October 18, 2012 • Portable 900 • 8:15 a.m.

  6. Talk About It cards are in!!!! You will be getting these during advisory! Please remember to report any bullying you see to an adult! WARRRIOR PRIDE keep up the excellent work! October is National Bullying Prevention Month

  7. Breast Cancer Awareness Day Wednesday, October 24 is Twin Creeks’ Passionately Pink for the Cure. We are asking ALL students and staff to participate by wearing PINK! This will be considered a “Spirit Day” so students may wear a t-shirt, if it is pink! Let’s make a big PINK statement!

  8. Students: • Are you a student involved in non-school sponsored activities?? Have you achieved or received special recognition as a part of that activity?? Well...then we want to know about. Please get your name and activity information to Mrs. Spangler so we can share that with the rest of TCMS!

  9. Box Tops • Box Tops for Education: In mid October we will have our first Box Tops for Education Collection Contest. Start clipping and saving those Box Tops. You will need to turn them in to your advisory teacher. The winning class will get cake and ice cream!

  10. BMX Bike Show • "BMX Bike Show" will be Nov. 28 for all students selling at least 1 box of chocolate

  11. Picture Retakes • Will be October 22nd

  12. SSR WEDNESDAY SSR is Wednesday in Advisory. Please be sure you have a book or magazine with you to read during this time period.
