  1. There is Liberty Deaf Liberty Baptist Church Sunday, July 14, 2013 Bro. Clark H. Corogenes

  2. Pledge to the American Flag I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.

  3. Lord is Liberty • But whenever someone turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. • For the Lord is the Spirit, and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. • So all of us who have had that veil removed can see and reflect the glory of the Lord. And the Lord—who is the Spirit makes us more and more like him as we are changed into his glorious image. • 2 Corinthian 3: 16-18

  4. Founding Fathers of the United States George Washington, First US President • “It is impossible to rightly govern the world without God and the Bible.” • “The Christian Religion is above, all the Religions…” John Adams, US President -www.usachristianministries.com

  5. The Sons of Liberty • DLBC’s Philosophy of the Ministry: • Liberty from the bondage of sin through Jesus Christ • Liberty to worship Jesus Christ • Liberty to serve Jesus Christ

  6. Liberty from the bondage of sin through Jesus Christ • So now there is no condemnation for those who belong to Christ Jesus. And because you belong to him, the power of the life-giving Spirit has freed you from the power of sin that leads to death. • Romans 8: 1-2 “I … [rely] upon the merits of Jesus Christ for a pardon of all my sins.” Samuel Adams

  7. Liberty to worship Jesus Christ • But the time is coming—indeed it’s here now—when true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth. The Father is looking for those who will worship him that way. For God is Spirit, so those who worship him must worship in spirit and in truth.” • John 4:23-24 Good Example: Jesus Christ and Samarian Woman.

  8. Liberty to serve Jesus Christ • For the Kingdom of God is not a matter of what we eat or drink, but of living a life of goodness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit. If you serve Christ with this attitude, you will please God, and others will approve of you, too. So then, let us aim for harmony in the church and try to build each other up. • Romans 14: 17-19 “Intelligence, patriotism, Christianity, and a firm reliance on Him who has never yet forsaken this favored land, are still competent to adjust in the best way all our present difficulties.” Abraham Lincoln, US President

  9. Keep Liberty for Christ When the godly are in authority, the people rejoice. But when the wicked are in power, they groan. Proverbs 29: 2 79 percent of the Nation supports Prayer in School. 74 percent of the Nation wants the Ten Commandments back in the Classrooms. 68 percent wants Creation taught in Public Schools. 66 percent opposes Partial Birth Abortions. -Barton David. The Role of Pastors & Christians in Civil Government. 2008. WallBuilders Press. Aledo, Texas. -www.wallbuilders.com

  10. Pledge to the Christian Flag I pledge allegiance to the Christian flag, and to the Savior for whose kingdom it stands, one Savior, crucified, risen, and coming again, with life and liberty for all who believe.
