  7. EDIT YOUR SENTENCES • PROCESS • Underline the finite verb/s. • Identify the subject/s.  • Circle the conjunction/s. • Bracket the sub-ordinate clauses using round brackets. • Bracket the main clause/s using square brackets.

But how will tablets change education in South Africa, and what will the impact be on basic reading and writing skills? • Some experts believe that using tablets should only be introduced from Grade 6, once a child’s reading and writing skills are well established. • “You don’t have to write when using a tablet and there are apps that can read text to you. This means kids will be less likely to develop these skills ..... “ • The biggest worry for South African education authorities is that tablets will cause the information gap between rich and poor to widen even more.
