  2. Positive Wellbeing Group Resilience definition: Resilience describes a person’s capacity to cope with changes and challenges and to bounce back during difficult times. The more resilient someone is, the better they are at getting through tough times, and the better their chances at recovering from experiences of adversity and trauma. Today’s Top Tip! Introduce – Introduce a positive way of thinking. Focus on the good things in your life.

  3. All Year Groups Humanities Trip - Kilmartin, Lochgilphead and Inveraray The following pupils have been chose to go on the trip for Sat 28th MARCH. Pupils should go to Mr Macdonald’s room to get a parental consent form.  (There are also pupils who have still to pick up consent forms for the trip this Saturday to Loch Lomond)

This course aims to help you make the most of your medical school application! 'Making it into Medicine' Course which will be run at Mitchell Library in Glasgow on the 20th of June.  The course is suitable for S4-6 pupils and parents are also welcome to attend.   ✚ 4 hour interactive presentation ✚ Dedicated question & answer sessions ✚ Comprehensive student workbook ✚ Discounts for accompanying parents See Miss McWaters for application details. Prom Payments All prom payments must be paid this week. Lists are up in the pond area showing what you owe. Wednesday – Friday Mrs Johnston’s Office 1pm-1.20pm Zahrah and Sean Wednesday Assembly Cancelled due to the Maths tests taking place in the hall and rescheduled for Thursday (26th). Your captaincy team will lead it. Please inform your Buddy teacher today you will not be in class on Thursday!
