  5. How toverify program **Check program ** ** Teacher-i/c please verify program detailsfor your respective clubs/teams entered by SLP team ** * Please verify program details before adding new one

  10. 2. Select Category for different grouping of school clubs & teams^ 3. Select Subcategory for specific club or team^ 4. Verify programs(already entered)from the list. You may enter new program following next step if no record of your respective program is listed. ^ Please refer to the school homepage for how eachECA Clubs/School teams are categorized.

  16. 5. Select Category for different grouping of school clubs & teams 6. Select Subcategory for specific club or team 7. Enter New Program name 8. Select Date 9. Select School Year **Program should be created under your respective club/team

  17. 10. Select Component of OLE 11. Select Allow Participation Reporting – “Yes” This allows students to apply certain programs on their own. 12. Select Join Period 13. Select “All” for all levels, or select different levels

  18. 14. Select Allow Auto Approval – “No” for manually approve submission 16. Click “Submit” button 15. Enter the name of the partner organizations

Updating details for Existing Programs • With reference to the previous slides • Please update items 10-16 to complete the record. • Should there be any programs which are no longer required, please notify LK to delete them under your clubs/teams. • CAUTION: Do not delete any programs/items/records. Be careful with the “delete” bottom. Thank you.

  22. 20. Pop-up window will show the Class List, select class 22. Click “Add” button to select student(s) 21. Highlight specific student’s name or click “Select All” button to select all students in the class 23. Click “Close Window” to finish selection

  23. 24. Click “Add” button to select student(s) 25. Click “Continue” to add record to student(s)

  24. 26. Modify information which apply to all selected students

  25. 28. Select “Status” 27. Select “Role of Participation” from the list

  26. 28. Click “Submit” to finish

  31. Select “My Programs” to view all students’ records can only be approved by YOU.

  32. 4. Check the “Number of record” to see how many records are waiting for approval 5. Click the “Title” name to read students’ record

  33. 6. Check the status of student’s record **Check if students have entered these fields: Role of participation, awards (if any), hours.

  34. 8. Select “Approve” or “Reject” button to change the status of student’s record 7. Check the box for modify the record

  35. 9. Select “確定” button form the pop-up window to confirm

  36. 10. Record status updated
