How does the board maintain board/administration relations? • Televised board meetings • Principals/ Kristy send packets of school activity information to board members • Board members visit the schools and central office • Board members attend activities (awards programs, ball games, Terrific Kid, etc.) at schools

Ensures clear communication between staff, stakeholders, and schools. • Websites • Superintendent, administrators, and students speak at civic clubs • Supervisors, principals, teachers, and students share information at board meetings • Administrator serves on the Winn Chamber of Commerce • Title I parish-wide meeting • Fair booths • Donations from businesses • Rapides Foundation • Bond issue support • Terrific Kids Program
