    3. How the HSI Program Came To Be at NPS Mr. Walt Hollis visits Feb 2001 Drs. Hal Booher and Robin Keesee from ARL (HRED) describe their “wish list” for a masters degree in HSI March-June 2003 Needed to work within the constraints specified by NPS Academic Council Leveraged GSBPP, OR, MOVES, and newly-established SE Dept We get permission to enroll students Jan 2004--7 students (4 Army civilians and 3 Naval officers ) begin coursework NPS Academic Council approves new degree in June 2004: MS in HSI

    6. Coupla small tweaks:   1.  MN3012 should be GB3012. 2.  MN4125 is currently a F/Sp course.  GB4015 is the MBA version of the change course, and it is currently offered in W/S.  At present, my guess is that we can more easily accommodate the extra students into MN4125.  We have a year to answer this question.
