  3. Log into Cougarweb Go to “My Workspace Scroll down towards the bottom of the page and you will see “Reporting Historical” and“Reporting Executive” at the top of two boxes. ARGOS IS FOUND ON “MY WORKSPACE” in CougarWeb

  6. Download spreadsheets of historical data by term.   Filter your selection by organizational division and department.   Reports currently available - retention rate by section, outcomes by section, and distributions by section.    Reporting-Historical

Start by pulling pre-designed reports in the historical reporting section Use Excel to sort data as needed – highest retention rate to lowest, etc. Familiarize yourself with each report and what it contains in this section From there move to “Applications” in Executive Reporting.
