Our body needs energy for balancing and maintaining our body system and fruits and vegetables are a good source of energy which helps our body to fulfill the requirements of our body.   3. People are concerned about their healthy life this is why we should eat fruits and vegetables more. Consuming fruits and vegetables help our body to fight many diseases and life-threatening diseases. People who want to get rid of obesity or fat, I would recommend them to add fruits and vegetables in their daily eating habits because Fruits and vegetables are very low in calories. Citric acid is a good element for weight loss and fruit and vegetables which contain citric acids in it is likely recommended for weight loss such as Lemon, Orange, Grapefruits, and limes. 3

  4. Moreover, not only for weight loss, fruits, and vegetables help in many other diseases like reduced risk of cancer, chronic diseases, Diabetes, and many others. As we know about the meals, but in snack time you may add fruits and consume only 100 calories. In fruits, there are so many fruits that contain zero- calories like you can add apples, strawberries, oranges, Grapefruits, watermelon, and a lot more. But eat fruits according to seasons. Vegetables are so rich in nutrients just like fruits, they’re low in calories, a good source of Vitamins and Minerals.
