  2. URGÊNCIAS EM SAÚDE BUCAL Responder com prontidão ao problema apresentado conferindo-lhe resolutividade (executar procedimentos que não levem ao retrabalho nem exponha o usuário a novas consultas desnecessárias).

  3. Fluxo de urgência em Saúde Bucal • Atendimento no CS, UPA e HOB: seguir as orientações do protocolo da atenção básica em saúde bucal, em relação ao controle da doença.

  4. URGÊNCIAS EM SAÚDE BUCAL • Retaguarda para os CS: encaminhamento para UPA e HOB das situações de complicação clinica ou impossibilidade de atendimento; fazer encaminhamento por escrito e usar contato telefônico

  5. Referência entre os CS, UPA Norte, UPA Oeste e HOB* *Casos de maior gravidade devem ser encaminhados diretamente ao HOB.
