    4. The purpose of the Urban Corridors Planning initiative with the city is to: Provide a land development regulations and infrastructure standards to create a quality pedestrian environment. Ideally, this pattern of development will accommodate a broad range of mobility options – walking, bicycling, public transit, and driving – in order to improve access to jobs, services, entertainment and recreation by concentrating on areas surrounding the existing and planned light rail stations.
