  4. Notebook • Set up the following sections: • English/Lang Arts • Reading • Social Studies • Math • Science • Electives • PE • ESLRS • My Element

  5. Notebook • Include photos

  6. Part 2 – The Interview • One – on – one • 7 questions • 1-10 point scale

  7. The Interview - Tips • Share your personal story • Highlight ESLRs • Discuss goals – long & short term • Think outside the box • Eye Contact • Respectful language • Hand shake • Placement of hands • Dress – business attire • Be yourself

  8. ESLRS • Effective Communicator • Creative and Independent Thinkers • Productive & Responsible Citizen • Soar to great heights – review this

  9. Element • You will be asked about this 

  10. 3 Types of People • Procrastinator – “I’ll do it later” • Lazy Daisy – “It’s just not that important” • Action Heroes – Those who get things done! • Be an OHAH (Orchard Hills Action Here) and get this done succesfully!
