  2. Client Information The husband and bride-to-be met three years ago, during their service in the Peace Corps in Guadalajara, Mexico, and have been engaged for six months now. They plan to marry within the year in Los Angeles, where the Bride is from. Both the bride and groom’s parents are prominent members in their communities. The wedding is going to be a formal, upscale, and fancy event for the two families and their guests “to share in”.

  3. Entrance • Transportation • Wedding party will be transported by limousine to and from the event • Guests can drive themselves or take the shuttle bus • The bus will be running from the hotel every twenty minutes before the ceremony starts and every thirty minutes after the ceremony ends until an hour after the reception finishes Parking • The venue will have free parking for all guests in attendance • The lot will be located right at the entrance of the facility for easy access • Signs will be posted from the main roads leading guests to the parking lot and valet service • There will be a valet service paid for by the bride and groom.

  4. Guests • Guests will include friends, family, high profile community leaders, celebrities, prominent business leaders, and business colleagues • Guests will be given mementos at their seats that they can take home with them • The wedding party will receive special gifts from the bride and groom as well

Main Event • http://www.estateweddingsandevents.com/estate-weddings-and-events/private-estates.html Ceremony • Guests will be escorted to the garden for the wedding ceremony • The ceremony will take place in the outdoor garden of Estate Weddings and Events or the indoor rain location if needed • The ceremony will be open seating except for the first two rows of each side for the families. • Reception • After the ceremony, guests will be escorted into the reception hall • Guests will check in at the RSVP list for the reception • Dress will be formal

Schedule of events • 9:00am The bridal party hair and make up session at http://www.susiechhuor.com/index2.php#/home/ • 1:00pm Luncheon for the Bride, Bridesmaids, and mother of the bride • 3:00pm Wedding Party Professional Photos • 4:00pm Guests begin arriving at Estate Weddings and Events • 5:00pm The Ceremony will begin with the flower girl • 6:00pm The Ceremony will end and guests will go into the reception hall • 6:15pm Guests will be served salad, appetizers and bread • 6:30pm Guests will be served dinner • 7:00pm Maid-of-Honor/Best Man Speeches/Parent’s Toasts • 7:30pm Cutting of the cake/Guests will be served dessert • 7:45pm Music will begin while guests finish their cake • 7:55pm First Dance with Bride and Groom (Evergreen by Barbara Streisand) • 8:00pm The DJ will play music that inspires people to get to the dance floor • 8:15pm Father Daughter Dance • 10:00pm The wedding will conclude

  9. Dessert and Drinks Ice Sculpted Sorbet • Passion fruit • Mango • Pomegranate • Apricot • Spiced Pear • Guanabana • There will be a full bar. • Drinks with dinner will be included and the open bar will be available all through the night.

  10. Decorations “Love You, I Do” will be the theme for the wedding. • Tables and chairs for the guests will be decorated to match the theme. There will be a canopy for the couple to get married under during the ceremony. A dance floor will be provided with a DJ. The wedding party’s table will be at the head of the room. • Focal points will include centerpieces, canopy during ceremony, wedding party’s table, wedding cake table, and the dance floor. • We will use white table liners, gold runners, bows on back of chairs, a runner the wedding party will walk down during the ceremony as part of the decorations. • White lights in the garden, and special lighting on dance floor. • All of the décor will be white, gold, and pink. • Name place cards will be at each persons seat.

  11. Entertainment -DJ • Entertainment will include the slideshow, the dance floor, and best man and maid-of-honor speeches. • DJ - Jared Younghttp://www.feetfirstdj.com/disc-jockeys/meet-djs-mc.html • Jared will provide a sound booth, lighting, the dance floor if needed, microphones for speeches, sound system and computer for the slideshow. We will also have a system in place so the DJ can take requests.

  12. Ancillary Events Estate Weddings and Events has multiple outdoor gardens that guests can walk around in. • Ancillary events will include; dancing, cutting of the wedding cake, and the slideshow.

  14. Staff • The event coordinator will be in charge of decorations. Most of the large decorations and table décor will be made ahead of time by the event coordinator and staff. The wedding • party may play a hand in this as well if they so choose. • The DJ, Jared Young, will provide the light show and sound equipment to play music on the dance floor. • Estate Wedding and Events in-house caterer will be in charge of catering needs • Venue Manager • Bartenders • Employees • Rent a Cop
