  4. Verify your Cupboard InformationNavigate to My Council, Manage My Council to Cupboards. Double click on the line for your Cupboard. Verify all information (contact information, dates cupboard open and times) Double Click in the line of your Cupboard to open and edit your Cupboard

  5. Review, edit and complete any missing information for your Cupboard.

  6. Review the days and times cupboard is open. To update, click Add Time. Put in Sale Date, Start Time, End Time. If you need to delete a day click the red circle.  Select Edit Cupboard and Save.

  7. Cupboard Inventory ReportYour Council will place your initial Cupboard order in Snap. You may see this inventory by viewing the Cupboard Inventory Report. Go to Reports highlight Summary Reports, then Cupboard Inventory and click Go to Report. Make this one of your Favorite Reports.

  8. To view the Cupboard Inventory Report, select your Cupboard, Begin and End Date, Unit of Measure to Packages or Cases/Packages, then View Report

  9. You will want to check the Cupboard Inventory Report often to the Planned Order Report.

  10. Troops wishing to pick up more cookies from your Cupboard will place their Planned Order in Snap by midnight Sunday for the coming week. Every Monday morning go to Reports, Summary Reports, Planned Order – then Go to Reports. Add this to your Favorite Reports.

  11. Run Planned Order ReportSelect your Cupboard, Begin and End Date, Select Unit of Measure to Packages or Cases/Packages. Then View Report

  12. The Planned Order Report shows troops, contact information, pick-up date and quantities ordered.will all be in this report.Troop Booth Sale Snap Steps

  13. Troops are to print their Planned Order Report and bring it to the Cupboard to sign. This our receipt for product distributed. Keep a copy and put it in your Cupboard Manager notebook.

  14. Approving Planned OrdersAfter troops have picked up their Planned Orders, you need to approve the Troop Planned Order. You need to Transfer product from your Cupboard to the troop. Select Cookies, click Manage Orders and enter the Troop Number in the Search Box and click Enter.

  15. Highlight and double click the troop line shown below. Double Click

  16. Click on this Troop’s Planned Order to open. It shows uncommitted. You need to commit the order.

  17. If the troop picked up the exact quantities of each variety shown in the Planned Order, click Approve.If the troop picked up a different amount, make the changes and click Approve . This report needs to be the same as the signed Planned Order Report. Put a copy of the report in your Cupboard Managers notebook wit the signed Planned Order Report.

Submit at end-of-sale. • Cupboards will close on Dec. 5 and 6. Inventory will be shifted from cupboards the last week in November.

  21. Damaged Product • Only damaged product may be exchanged at a cupboard • Item for item • Record the type of product exchanged and the reason it was damaged on the Damaged Product Report Log • Submit the report log with damaged product at end of sale
