Using WH questions words with Can • Structure • WH question + can + subject + verb in base form • Examples • What can you do for me? • Where can you ride your bike? • When can we come over for dinner? • How can I ever thank you? • Who can pick you up from the airport? • Why can’t I go to the party?***

  4. Yes & No Questions with “be” • Structure • Form of “to be” + subject + rest of the question • Examples: • Are you friends with him? • Is that your mom? • Am I late? • Was yesterday your birthday? • Were you home last night? • Make 2 using present and past forms of “to be”
