  • Develop marketing and communications plan to promote program and attract perspective certification candidates

  • Maintain a high impact Citywide events calendar

  • Identify key areas for partner development

  • Create streamlined certification for companies that are already certified with WBEA and HMSDC

  • Develop policies to retain companies and grow pool
