  3. Example #2 • Harlan Ellison won a plagiarism case against James Cameron for plagiarizing “The terminator” with his TV show “The outer Limits” • Consequences • Had to credit Harlan in the movie • $400,000was fined

  4. Example #3 • Shah Rukh Khan plagiarized his Super hero from YashPatnaik • Consequences: • Paid ten million RS

  5. Example #4 • Sanjay Dutts lose a plagiarism case agaisnt wipe out because he copied it from the USA • Consequences: • 215000 euro.
