  4. Development 1. Unloading Luggage a. Doorman - Welcoming & greeting guest - Opening and closing the door b. Bell Boy - Unloading Luggage (from car) - Placing Luggage (a safe place at main entrance and askguest to check it)

Entry into lobby - Bell Boy take the guest to Receptiondesk (ask the guest to seeReceptionist toregister) - Placing Luggage (placed near the guest to avoid accidently trip over) - Waiting while the guest register (stand at station / post but depend on hotel policy) - Receiving stamped BBEC - Receiving Guest Card and key

  6. Cont’d b. Entry into Lift - Liftman greet dan welcome guest - Asking the floor number and letting guest enters first c. Leading the guest to room - Indicating direction to room - Knocking room

Entry into room - Switch on the light - Letting the guest enter first - Placing the luggage : on the luggage rack (suitecase, hand bag,briefcase,travelling bag) On a folding / collapsible / move able luggage rack (ask guest first the location, BB can placed suitecase, trunk, hand bag) In the closet : garment bag, veal case or something to e hung up On wash basin table is pleced beauty case can olso on dressing table Explaning room facilities : (balcony, AC, phone, TV/radio, cupboard, L’dry, mini bar, bath room) Putting Guest Card & Key on dressing table / giving to guest Last greeting & closing door quitely
