DOL VETS Continued Laws DOL VETS Enforces ● Veterans Employment Opportunity Act (“VEOA”) -Veterans Preference in Federal Hiring -Agencies must consider Veteran Status and add eligibility points when making a consideration of qualifications- 5 Points for Veterans (More than 180 consecutive AD days) and 10 Points for Disabled Veterans
