  1. THE CROCODILE AND THE CAMEL One day in the land of Egypt, there was a Nile crocodile who was always very serious and he didn’t like to play around. He was a greenish brownish color and his skin was very rough.

  2. The next day, the Nile crocodile ran into a slow camel that had a tan-gray coat. The crocodile screamed, ”WATCH WHERE YOU’RE GOING!!” WATCH WHERE YOUR GOING!

  3. The next day, the crocodile ran into the camel again and the crocodile teased, “YOU PROBAPLY CAN’T GET ANYWHERE FASTER THEN ME!” “Yes, I can,” exclaimed the camel. “Ok then, I challenge you to a race. Meet me tomorrow at the Nile River at 9:00am.”

  4. The next day they meet at the Nile River for the race. The pharaoh went with his servants

  5. So they started to race. The camel was off to a slow start and the crocodile was soaring down the bay.

  6. Sense the crocodile was so far ahead he thought to him self “I should take a rest sense that confident camel will never catch up to me. I’m taking a nap

  7. After a while the camel passed the crocodile.

  8. Later in the race, the crocodile finally woke up.

  9. Oh no! I let the camel in front of me when I was taking a nap! Oh No!

  10. Finally ,when the crocodile reached the finish line, the camel was at the finish line drinking water.

  11. “Nice race!“exclaimed the camel.
